  • Advisor to, and ambassador on behalf of, Federation’s President & CEO.

    • Spokesperson and advocate regarding Federation’s Vision and Mission.

    • Liaison to the business community at large: Trustee member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and member of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce (Leadership Delray 2020-2021).

    • Liaison to Florida Atlantic University, including its President; the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences; and the Dean of the Business School.

    • Liaison to Israel’s Consul General and the staff of the Israeli Consulate.

    • Liaison to Brandeis University’s Cohen Center for Jewish Studies (which performed demographic studies of our community in 2018 and 2020).

    • Advocate of the community’s needs and aspirations in consultation with members of Congress, State of Florida legislators, and County/Municipal government officials.

    • Co-author and editor of successful Grant applications seeking funds to enhance the security of Federation’s campus and properties owned or operated by Jewish communal institutions throughout the community. Funders have included the Bernie Marcus Foundation and the Department of Homeland Security.

  • Vice President, Community Planning

    • Managed and upgraded the Program Funding Council and its four Task Forces

  • Director, Jewish Community Relations Council

    • Led Federation’s Department responsible for economic, civil rights and Israel advocacy via programs, events and lobbying efforts.

    • Planned & produced bi-annual Israel Fest program to celebrate the anniversary of the State of Israel; 3,500+ persons attended.

    • Created Imagination Israel which showcased Israeli high tech start-up companies at events held in Boca Raton, Florida.

    • Planned and produced press conferences on Federation’s campus for Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis and Florida’s former Governor Rick Scott

    • Sought funding on Capitol Hill (Washington Missions) and at annual sessions of the Florida Legislature in Tallahassee.

    • Co-produced Memorial Services attended by 2,000+ persons in memory of synagogue congregants murdered by terrorists in Pittsburg, and Israeli soldiers killed during in the war in Gaza.
